LFX Split Rotor Vapor Flowmeter

■Product Introduction
LFX vapor flowmeter is mainly used for measuring flow rate of saturated vapor and slightly superheated vapor (degree of superheat less than 20℃) in industrial production process. Accumulated vapor mass is displayed on site as well as transmitted to a distant display. Accurate measurement is achieved simply by adjusting pressure device during vapor pressure variation. It has characteristics of wide measuring range, high precision, long service life, simple structure, high reliability, easy operation, etc.. It is suitable for measuring vapor flow rate in industries such as petroleum, chemical, light manufacturing, mechanical, etc.

■ Product Features
One. With pressure regulator, the steam pressure in the pipeline can be manually adjusted when the corresponding working pressure.
Two. The word wheel cumulative display shows the steam consumption directly in kilograms.


 
working principle and structure
A portion of the steam is throttled by a throttling element (nozzle or orifice) to form a differential pressure, and the other part of the steam enters the shunt directly through the nozzle and is sprayed onto the impeller to rotate the impeller. The steam entering the body is divided into a proportion of the diversion pipeline, and the impeller speed and the size of the flow is proportional to the relationship between the speed of the impeller and the steam flow through the proportional relationship. By counting the number of revolutions of the impeller, the flow rate of the steam can be read directly on the meter head. Specific as shown below

Two. Installation method
The instrument is easy to install, please note the following when installing
One. Flowmeter must be installed in the steam pipeline horizontal straight line on the center line, the flow meter inlet straight pipe length of not less than 10DN, export straight pipe length of not less than 5DN.
Two. Before the flowmeter starts to run, it must be filled with water from the water inlet.
Three. When the flow meter at ambient temperature below 0 ℃ should pay attention to the use of antifreeze, into the radiator in the water should be used without liquid (about 50% glycol solution) instead.

■ Design selection instructions
One. The use of steam must be saturated steam or micro-superheated steam (superheat does not exceed 20 ℃)
Two. In the nominal pressure range of the flowmeter, select the approximate flow range or common working flow.
Three. If the flowmeter diameter and the actual diameter does not match, should be modified pipeline, but must meet the requirements of straight pipe.
